Terms Of Use

Dallas Venture Partners (DVP) and its affiliates (“DVP”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) provides its content on its websites or applications that post a link to this Terms of Use (the “Site”) subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

By accessing and using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. Before using the Site or submitting any Personal Data to DVP, please review our Privacy Policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

Who We Are

Dallas Venture Partners (DVP) is a Dallas based evergreen technology-focused fund that plans to invest in early stage and growth stage companies.

In accordance with industry custom, this Site occasionally uses terminology that may be interpreted to suggest that our firm is actually a single entity. However, there is no such single entity and all of the entities that comprise our firm have their own separate legal existence. Also, although certain individuals are identified on this Site as “Partners” or “General Partners,” these titles reflect business usage that is customary within our industry and are not intended to indicate that any such individual is actually a partner or general partner of any partnership as those terms are used for legal purposes.

Trademarks

The trademarks, service marks, designs, and logos (collectively, the “Trademarks”) displayed on the Site are the registered and unregistered Trademarks of DVP and its licensors. You agree that, except as expressly permitted by us (e.g., through social media sharing tools provided on the Site) or by our licensors, where applicable, you will not refer to or attribute any information to DVP or its licensors in any public medium (e.g., press release, websites, or public social media) for advertising or promotion purposes, or for the purpose of informing or influencing any third party and that you will not use or reproduce any Trademark of, or imply any endorsement by or relationship with, DVP or its licensors.

Use of site content

DVP hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the term hereof to access and download, display, and print one copy of the Site Content on any single computer solely for your internal, business use, provided that you do not modify the Site Content in any way, that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on the Site Content, and that you otherwise comply with these Terms. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, transmit, post, or disclose the Site Content without the DVP’s prior written consent. In addition, you may not “mirror” the Site Content or any portion thereof without DVP’s express written consent. Nothing on this Site should be construed as granting directly or indirectly, or by implication any license or right to use any DVP intellectual property other than as expressly set forth herein. The license granted in this section terminates automatically and immediately if you do not comply with these Terms.
